Hi Clare,  We record the last 4 digits of the document received, we accept payslips (for last 3 months) or P60. We record evidence seen in our MIS & also sign enrolment form. This information is only accessible to MIS admin and the information submitted via learner is erased in the end of academic year.  I hope this helps.

Hi,  I checked the PDSAT report has separate section for 'completion without a full achievement'. Would that also be the same?  Regards Aayushi
