Hi Andrew, I'd be interested to know if you've found an answer on this at all as I've had a similar query recently too. I'm not sure if I'm misinterpreting the funding rules or not because it doesn't seem to state specifically although there are a couple of rules that are difficult to tell if an e-portfolio system would be included in them either way. Common sense would suggest they are eligible costs if they are supporting the administration of the programme, but I know funding rules aren't always that simple & I may be missing something.
