Hello Sorry to jump on an old post - just to confirm re; the residual price part of this - we do claim the 20% as the residual on DAS. We have a learner in this scenario. We have received 80% of the funds, just the 20% outstanding. I assume this will be our residual price?

Hello Steve Thank you for your reply, this is really helpful. For study programme learners we have a few where we are named as the 'EHCP owner' and a few where we are not the 'owner' - should we be returning these through the ILR regardless on whether we own the EHCP or not? If we should, is it funding model 25 or 82? Source of funding I am assuming 107? and we would populate planned learning hours? Sorry lots of questions, it's all quite new to us. Do we also need to be a SPI or can we go ahead and return on the ILR without being an SPI?

We do have a couple of 14/15 year olds from school, but then mostly 16-18 and a couple of 19+ with an EHCP. Yes, we have 16-18 Traineeships (and 19+ with EHCP) contract/funding.

Sorry Martin - the second Employer is set up on DAS under the funding reservation from May 2021, but we were wondering if we should be trying to change it to the Change of Employer process to correct the records. As at the moment the second Employer is set up like a new start/enrolment if that makes sense?

Hello Kelly We just mean building our processes each into one electronic document now that we have an electronic system to do this. So currently we have Adobe Sign and our LMS (that pushes out e-signatures). For 19/20 we only had Adobe Sign for our electronic documents/signatures. We now have for some of 20/21 and 21/22 our LMS system that pushes documents out electronically for e-signatures. We just want to merge our academic year processes into one form on our LMS system if that makes sense?
