Thanks Martin - we were under the understanding that because we had exisiting learners when ESF funding was being used, we still needed to display this on any paperwork. Is this not the case do you know? many thanks

Many thanks for your response Kelly. I've found out that children will have their own online status that parent's need to do when they make their application.

HI everyone - thank goodness for this forum - sometimes I think I'm going mad !! - anyway, I have just ran a batch through the FIS (we have a subcontracting arrangement with a provider for some of our funding so I can't upload it straight on to Submit Learner Data' to check for errors) - and even though it's the 19th of August and as per the post above stating "We have detected a defect with the LearnAimRef_89 error and the rule is being changed to a warning while this is investigated. Please resubmit your data on or after 19 August 2021. Apologies for the inconvenience caused." - it has still given me these error messages. Has anyone tried it on the Submit Learner Data today and if so, did it still give you errors for this? If it has returned a WARNING instead of an ERROR Message, then I'll get in touch with our Main Provider and explain the situation. MTIA

Many thanks for help with this - The 'Type of Permit' states 'Family Member - EU Residents' and on the back under 'Remarks' it states 'EU Right to Reside' - is this now affected by the UK no longer being part of the EU? When the Permit was issued back in 2019, the UK was still part of the EU until 31/1/20 - any further help would be much appreciated MTIA

Thanks for the replies - regarding the original start date, the learner was aged 16 at this point, so does the same thinking not apply - that if they started at age 16, then they should continue within this age bracket as far as funding is concerned? Thanks

Thanks everyone for your responses, that's really helpful. I've spoken to Docusign just now and think this is just what we're looking for - so thank you for that Kelly. Thanks again
