Thank you, it looks as though we are receiving payments albeit the Apps Monthly Payment report doesn't appear to be applying the TNP3 until March rather than the November date and the Employer identifier is showing as the previous employer on both ZPROG records. I will email the AS and see what they say. Thank you for your help, Martin.

Hi Martin, the DLOCK is Unique learner number Aim sequence number Rule name Description ILR value Apprenticeship service value Price episode start date Price episode actual end date Employer name from apprenticeship service 1 DLOCK_03 No matching record found in the employer digital account for the standard code 118 118 30/11/2020 31/07/2021 But the ILR from what i can tell matches, the ULN is a match, the DOB the funding start date and the TNPs add up to the price on the AS. This is the ILR [image] I've taken out the employer name but the employer name is the new placement so appears to be correct, and the record on the AS appears correct.

Hi All, Many thanks for your responses, originally we didn't have the additional ACT code in place but we have a DLOCK and I was wondering if that was the cause of it. We just don't seem to be able to clear it., back to the drawing board I go. Thank you

Matthew Rogers and Linnea Clarke I hope you don't mind me asking as traineeships are unfamiliar to me and a colleague and I have a difference of opinion. On the aims ZWRK0001 do you use the start date of the traineeship programme, or the date the learner is due to start the employer placement. I think the later, my colleague thinks the former. example being traineeship programme started 15/03/2021 and the work placement starts in May 2021. Sorry for the basic question.

@... we use PICS and this report, for understanding what it is showing you i would read their help pages and speak to Pellcomp. I've always found them really helpful, then once you have an understanding of what the reports show you if there are unexplained questions you can contact the service desk and put the questions to them directly. We find a lot of our differences are the ESFA finding the learner has prior learning so they take funding from us, you can find this out on the Apps indicative earnings report.
