Thank you Henry Wish it is triggering on our traineeship learners, I haven't changed any data yet as I believe the field in question should remain blank as per the ILR spec. Kind regards Christina

I've just tried testing the feature on a few that I have looked at, and it doesn't appear to have worked.  I will do a ticket too.

I will be sending an email to the address provided Steve Hewitt   Thank you for your responses, I cannot get our figures to exactly match the ones on the portal, but I can get close. That's not good enough as I could be looking at completely the wrong learners.  It would have been helpful if they could have at least provided the learner details so we can look at that data.
