I'm not finding a means to report a potential data breach urgently. I'm not even getting an automated acknowledgement back from the helpdesk.

That's what's happened here. I've been given access to another provider's database. I'm looking for an emergency contact, I'll tell you if I find one.

The Nov 9th update states there's a delay. We are now aiming to release PDSAT online as a complete product in a single phase, including the sampler, in mid/late December, and will continue to provide updates over the coming weeks.

Many thanks for this, Steve. Yes, we're being paid (or not paid) as we should be, so maybe this is operating more as a warning - bit of an alarming format for a warning though. I'm with you with the employers and pausing on DAS. I'd accept a happy medium where they could use DAS to request a pause for provider sign-off, though. EDIT/UPDATE 30/5/22 Steve called it. The ESFA helpdesk response was: Dlock 12 will show where a record has been paused by the employer. This will not affect payment due up to and including the PAUSE month end date. Please check that the PAUSE date is the same as in your ILR data if it is then no action is required.

Thanks Henry Wish. This is a GDPR issue. I'll email the helpdesk unless anyone knows of a telephone number for them.

Hi Henry Wish, Have you got time for a direct discussion? I'm getting some extremely odd behaviour from the system and I need to escalate it urgently. ruth.cox@uwe.ac.uk.

Thanks again Henry Wish. It's still stuck at 'processing' so I think that it's not going to go through. I'm not seeing an option to delete, so it's blocking a new attempt to upload, too. I tried the Helpdesk this morning, I'm hoping they'll respond.

Henry Wish Thanks for your updates - I'm 90 minutes into waiting for a file to process today. Is this what I should expect at this time of year or is there a further issue, do you think?

I got a response from KPMG: "We are aware of a small issue relating to a number of reports for an ILR return, and have an update which we are looking to release soon. "Until we release this update, we suggest uploading your ILR through the FIS and then uploading the FIS to PDSAT, and your reports will be correctly populated."

Thanks Darren, thanks Richard. Interesting to hear we're not the only ones. We used an XML ILR file and it used to work just fine with the old software. I'm going to drop KPMG an email and see if this is something they're aware of and working on.
