Hi Samantha, We are a University using Aptem and are pretty happy with the system. Things have moved along pretty quickly and the system continues to be improved. We'd be quite happy to show you our system and answer any questions you may have. There are some limitations but we find that the response times to issues raised and customer service in general is very good. I'm not sure how it stacks up price-wise. Regards, Alex
