I am having the same issue, have been since last week. Been told to clear my cookies and cache twice..... doesn't make a difference. I have seen comments on LinkedIn also, seems to be a widespread issue.

We are using the latest version 2223.11 yes. I have contacted the helpdesk who have passed it onto the developers....

Thank you for your response Martin West   Please may I ask, this apprentice has been moved from the 3 year accelerated route to the part time route (same programme just different modes) - Will his PED stay the same in this situation or can we change it to his new PED based on him now being enrolled on the part time route?   Many thanks, Claire
