Thank you Martin for this, the scenario I have is not one of those options. Our learner will never achieve the Functional skills but has stayed the full planned duration and completed the planned hours, with this scenario not being an option in the provider support manual I am unsure how to code the ILR. I really appreciate your speedy replies, thank you

Hi Martin, apologies I don't think my question was clear- it was how to code the ILR that I was needing advice on, e.g. completion status/ outcome. Please see below a scenario on how to code the ILR if the learner fully completed the Traineeship programme: Learner completes the traineeship programme, achieves qualification aims but their destination is currently unknown. Aim Completion Status Actual End date Outcome Achievement date ESFA Achievement funding ESFA Retention Funding Employment Outcome (19-24 only) Programme aim Completed Actual end date of programme Learning activities complete but out come not yet known Not completed No funding 100% Not completed Work Placement Completed On or before prog end date Achieved Not completed No funding N/A Not completed Work Prep Completed On or before prog end date Achieved Not completed No funding N/A Not completed English and/or maths (or other qualifications) Completed May extend beyond prog end date Achieved Not completed Yes – 20% of qual aim N/A Not completed How would I code the ILR if the only aims they did not achieve was the Functional skills aims but they completed the planned hours and planned duration? thank you

Thank you very much for this information. Would a learner meet condition of funding if they used " provisional statement of results or Candidate statement of results" In my eyes if they have a provisional statement then they have not achieved the grades yet and these documents are not certificates. Do we need to see the actual certificate or the grades on the PLR before we can say a learner has met condition of funding or can we use the Candidate statement of results/ Provisional statement of results?
