Have you checked your contract with them, are they in breach of it?  There's usually an SLA.  I'd consider a change if you weren't getting the service promised.     Sue

Have a look just above the learner record, Claire, any data mismatches will show a notification and if you click 'view' it will say what is in DAS and what is in the ILR that is different.  It will invite you to either ask the employer to change the learner record, or you change your ILR to match DAS.   Sue

Thanks for your feedback, Paul.  I've taken to asking the EPAO - one has said a categoric no, a second has said yes (to the same provisional statement).  I really wouldn't want to get to Gateway and an EPAO say 'we aren't accepting that'.  My guess is that they have inexperienced folk with no historical knowledge so I've kept their email confirmation ready to present to them if the need arises!
