Oh my gosh Ruth - thank you it's taken me a while but that has helped me massively fix a couple of different accounts - I'm not quite familiar with a Learning Delivery FAM code but as ILR has no errors I assume the field on my software has the right info in. Cannot thank you enough appreciate the example massively and that it helped with another error because of similar reasons - tomorrow I can go and repair some BILs before we need to do it all again lol - Thank you very very much

Many thanks for your help with this. We are fairly new to this and I was wondering if you could point me to any notes/ guidelines on how to do a restart as I am sure it would be more than simply choosing "Learning Aim restarted" in the drop-down field of the restart indicator? I understood what you said in your response but I am not sure, from a Yeti point of view, what the steps would be in order to clear the errors. Thanks again in advance.

Apologies Martin should have been clearer are you familiar with the page / para for not changing plannined OTJT - the not changing OTJT is puzzling me and the fact we can then have commitment statements not matching the ILR potentially for a couple of learners I need to get my head around that.

Oh Martin you might be saving me making a mistake! Thank you - where can I find that in the OTJT guidance or funding rules. Our learners are full time now where they were part time so I assumed they needed to collate more OTJT now.
