The LDNS for Adult Skills seems to apply only when the funding source is not FCFJ. In other words, it is only the FCFJ scenario that over-rides the Adult Skills LDNS.

Steve Hewitt, thanks. Yes, you are right about that being daft, in fact it is really misleading. I have had several distraught colleagues come to me thinking that their quals were no longer fundable, when really they are still fundable.

Henry Wish, How can I find out who is the nominated contact who receives email notification of remittances? Is it linked to a permission in IDAMS?

Interesting thread. I was just discussing this very point with some colleagues today: When does the PLR get updated with ILR data? We looked up some of our learners today (14/10) whose learning was included in our last ILR, and the learning record is still not shown on the PLR. We have found that some ESOL learners try to enrol on ESOL provision with us, whilst also doing ESOL provision at another provider (or vice versa). If a provider checks the PLR at point of learner registration and finds no relevant (overlapping) aims at another provider, they will be entitled to start the learner and claim funding. Down the line, when the PLR is updated, a problem may arise. As far as I know, the only report which might highlight such an overlap is the FRM01 report when the learner achieves the aim at the first provider. I believe that the provider with whom learning is still continuing will see this record reported on the FRM01 after the first achievement is recorded. When this happens, is it allowed that the providers with whom learning is still ongoing can keep the funding they already claimed up to the point that the problem came to light?

I asked this question myself only yesterday in another thread, as I did not notice that this thread already existed. It looks like nobody knows!

Has anybody heard when the performance management section will be published. The version of the rules on the website is dated 3/8/22 and it says that "We will add a further section on performance management in the summer."

Pauline, Thanks for the heads up about the latest FIS version. I did not spot that myself until you mentioned it. I've just tested the latest FIS version and the SLD website and got different validation results. Both reports still have errors with R132, but additionally, the FIS report also has two errors on R133. More work needed, I think......
