The same has happened to us. Completion payments have been missed because PICS didn't report the data. These completed learners are still showing on DAS as LIVE including from previous academic years which causes the DAS data to be inaccurate and unreliable when checking actual live learners. I would suggest the ESFA to update the DAS system to show those learners as completed but in a different colour or to show as Finished/Terminated, to make a distinction but also make the data more accurate and reliable for us training providers.
