Hi Eleanor The PDSAT Privacy notice is in the PDSAT tool under the Useful info menu option but the information only relates to the data relating to the person accessing the tool. Is this what you are looking for? Alternatively the AUP terms do talk about the data still being owned by the uploading organisation Best wishes Gill

Our PDSAT report 23A-216 is empty however we have 8 learners appearing today on the FRM37. We have reduced the Training costs TNP1 due to Prior Learning, noted this reduction on the Apprenticeship service, and on the Training Plan, and reduced the OTJ hours accordingly however as the prior learning relates to a module being delivered during the middle of the course the start date or end date of the overall programme have not been amended. Has anyone else got this?

Morning I thought the whole idea of the Data Quality report was that it provided the information sooner for actioning for FRM06, 07, 08, 09 and 15. There was nothing in the Financial Assurance: Monitoring post-16 funding guidance to suggest they were no longer being produced.

Hi Martin. The EPAO can chose the employer or the apprentice and then has to provide the address for the cert to be sent.

Hi Wayne You do need to be registered as an EPAO to deliver the EPA and the costs need to be the actuals that you can justify with appropriate evidence. There is a list of what can and cannot be included within the rules. Best wishes, Gill

Good morning Alison We have had a similar issue with an employer for a new start that didn't get their levy transfer sorted in time, through no fault of their own, so that the actual start date on the ILR and the start in the DAS do not match. The employer has accepted responsibility for the co-investment element prior to the levy transfer completing and I have just added a new employer record and TNPs as though a change of employer to see if I can now sort it. Interested to see if others also respond to this as levy transfers are causing us issues. Best wishes, Gill
