Unfortunately, as she won't have met the minimum duration of 12 months, she will not be eligible in the eyes of the ESFA. It's a shame but it's one of the ESFA's main bug bears as a funding rule really.

@... you had to pre register for the account. I had an email from a no reply email address. I had to go through multiple factor verifications so I can't really even give you the email address as it's pointless without having the account. Victoria Mansfield we built a series of declarations into our written contract that is reviewed and signed by the employer but that form would work equally as well.
