Good afternoon Andrew Dickens, There are a number of reasons this error screen can occur. Please find below a link to the FIS Error guide: Funding Information System Error – ESFA help centre (education.gov.uk) There's also an error log located in the 'Logs' folder where you have FIS installed. This should show the reason for the crash. If you cannot find a solution please contact us via the online form and I will personally help you resolve this. Cheers, Henry W

Good afternoon all, Your in-year 2022 to 2023 QARs can now be accessed through View your education data, providing: a QAR dashboard that uses your ILR data from the R10 return to show your rates a QAR data download to show your learner level information As part of this release, we confirm the QAR calculations at learner level will match on the Unique Learner Number (ULN) and where we are unable to do so we will match on Learner Reference Number (LRN). The technical specifications and supporting documents will be updated shortly. Further support If you have any queries in relation to Qualification Achievement Rates (QAR), please contact us via our online enquiry form, and select the QAR query type. ESFA help centre (education.gov.uk). Further advice and support can also be found under the Help Centre articles and Communities section for peer support.

Hi all, We are aware that ILR file processing continues to be impacted following a background upgrade by Microsoft. The submission window has already been extended to 8pm and all files submitted will be processed as normal and we do not expect any impact to payments timetable to providers. We do expect that some reports will be delayed but these should all be available my midday tomorrow (Friday). We will continue to monitor the issue and provide an update tomorrow morning.
