thanks Steve I thought as much just wanted to bounce if off someone as was going round in circles of can we or should we or not!. your right it would take up so much time finding out for one learner that the funding payment wouldn't be worth the time or effort! and yes the irony we seem to be getting too hung about the internal borders of CA's :)
