Sorry Martin. Maybe I have worried it wrong. The apprentice has not moved employer yet the price of the End Point Assessment has changed since the learners started. As an example original agreed price: TNP1 Training Price - £4000 01/01/2020 TNP2 EPA Price - £1000 01/01/2020 Then near the end of the programme on 1 September 2021 EPA price has been reduced to £750. Do we enter it as follows: TNP3 Training Price - £4000 01/09/2021 TNP2 EPA Price - £750 01/09/2021 OR TNP3 Training Price - £4000 01/01/2020 TNP2 EPA Price - £750 01/09/2021 TIA

Thank you Martin. Would the date of the agreed training costs therefore be the same as the original training costs date? Or will the date be the same as the reduced EPA costs? Don't want to get it wrong and draw down more than what has been agreed.

Following on from that slightly, do we do the same in that we should Pro Rata the value of TNP 3 & 4 where the EPA price changes right the near the end of the course?

Hi Paul Seem to be having an issue with Apps in the QAR in that they don't seem to tally and as the data is only up to R12 can't check what seems to be different. Anyone else having the same issues Peter

Hi Melanie. We were under the impression that by ensuring they were put in the R04 that "d reporting year" would not happen hence the question Many thanks Peter

Thank you Martin. I guess the best case scenario is that EPA is completed before they leave their current employer which looks likely. It is where they don't and have moved employer that you have clarified

Thank you Martin. It hasn't changed then. Is this also the case of withdrawals? With those on Standards we can't put them as Completed Not Achieved as it triggers the Completion payment incorrectly and therefore have to be Withdrawals. These are learners that either the employer doesn't want to pay for the resit or they don't want to resit as they have qualification they need for work.
