Can anyone confirm if the English / Maths Condition of Funding applies to refugees? I'm sort of assuming by omission that it does—ie. anyone legally in the country (less those on a study visa, as mentioned above) is eligible for funding under the same conditions as anyone else. Obviously in the case of refugees there might be specific factors which make it more difficult for them to prove that they do hold an equivalent qualification, so I just wanted to double check that there's not some specific exemption that I'm overlooking?
