Thank you both, exactly especially where the apprentice has GCSE at C or grade 4 which can be judged as having acceptable evidence for prior attainment. But it is not very clear as to whether an individual will still need to do the initial assessment as part of eligibility.

If the learner has gone past end date which means funding has been finished, If this learner experiences some situations making them difficult to attend the course: 1. can the learner be put on Break In Learning? 2. We have some learners who have left their current employers and have since joined other employers. The Old employers still have them as live on DAS. What should the old employer do as we want the new employer continue with the programme as the learners are still interested to continue. we have not been paid for the R03, and when i checked the Period end of Report it shows the breakdown payment of each leaner and there are not Data Mismatch. Any suggestions?

Yes there some outstanding payment from the employer. Does it mean that completion will only be released once the employer pays? How do i access the Apps Co-Investment Contribution?
