Hi Steve, Does that include new starts within this funding year? I have identified that a learner has had their "main component aim" planned end date entered incorrectly. This has in turn adjusted the whole planned end date and recalculated the funding over 18 months instead of 15. My software guys have confirmed that it will always take the earliest / latest date recorded within that leaners details and return. As this is an admin error, do we override with the correct date and then the funding will be readjusted and correct? The DAS is correct btw . Thank you so much in advance for your help and guidance

Thank you Ruth. I will check R05 reports and see if they still appear. Let's hope the user guides are available sooner rather than later so we can all study them and process accordingly! Thanks again, really appreciate your help and time :)

Hi Ruth, That's just it. There is no break? They technically finished with employer 1 on one day and then started with employer 2 the next day. When you say nothing should have change with their enrolments...could you please expand on this? Do you mean we leave all learning aims alone and just add a new employer status entry and TNP3 / 4. Also went from non -levy to levy so will need to add new ACT 1?

Sorry, as their learning start date was 1/11/20 I thought is was only applicable to 2020/2021. Thanks Martin

Morning, I was also under the impression it was between funding years, so it would be good to know what the outcome of this is? Many thanks

That's because I was told Dec 20, but thought after posting....I will just check myself so I don't look silly, or throw something out there for people to unnecessarily worry about!! So glad I did Steve. If a job's worth doing.....

Hi , I would also be keen to know as we issue our own contract to every Employer, but some of the bigger employers insist on using their own version?? It's frustrating as they are OUR T & C's, but when you dig into it, there is usually very little difference in the two. Ours is written by AELP so we are always usig the latest and most current version. Please do share when anything comes to light :)
