Safety are always in, but when those last minute completions come through on day of upload the pressure is on to get them in the upload, that's why there's the end of day upload.

We have the same response as Steve, if they are not paid I will looking to claim payment on EAS. We have no other means to claim our funding once R14 is submitted.

We are using both processes, where we can via the ILR , if not manually. My concern is how will change of employers, levy transfers be managed when they move to ILR only?

They seriously can't expect providers to accept 1 Hour extension, people have a life after work and everyone going to trying to submit at once. Something not of our making and very poor communication from the DfE! They need to extend until tomorrow
