Thanks Martin, So for example, if I have a co hort of learners on an Apprenticeship standard with an expected end date of 10/07/2022 and they complete on this date ready for EPA, EPA takes place on 11/09/2022, my achievement rate will be 0% due to EPAO timeframes?

Thanks Paul, that's how I worked it out although, I initially thought it would be based on the contract year that is affected (contract year the learner is due to achieve) to align with the achievement rates. I was maybe over thinking it as this way kind of makes sense. So, the percentage could decrease as additional starts are processed via the ILR?

Thanks Martin, the learner is a withdrawel with an actual last point of learning prior to the expected end funding date. I have checked all dates via the ILR and can not see any discrepancies, this is flagging as an error on the ILR
