I think the only effective option really is incognito mode as Sam says really sorry Martin, that's all I can say for now until we look into it a bit further. Other than that I would raise a query to see if you can gain any further guidance

That's strange because I have spoken to another training provider and the apprenticeship service desk have said the same to them too....... It isn't isolated because that's three of us then that we know of already, I will log a call too so they are aware that its not isolated. And totally agree , we don't have 10 days. We can get into DAS but cant process. I will let you know if we have any updates.

We do yes, we undertake the assessment as best practice but have been asked the question and I couldn't see any mandatory requirement in the contract
