The commitment statement must include: P74.4 The amount of off-the-job training that will be delivered to meet the minimum 20% requirement (see paragraphs P48, P49 and P53 for what can and cannot be included in this calculation). The individual’s prior learning must be taken into account before calculating the off-the-job requirement and designing the programme. P74.5 The planned content/components and schedule of eligible training. For standards with mandatory qualification(s) this must be, as a minimum, a list of the units. For standards without a mandatory qualification this must be a description of the activities that the apprentice will undertake to develop occupational competency. It must also be clear if the component has been used towards the calculation of the minimum 20% off-the-job training requirement. I would say the working pattern must be included as you can only evidence OTJ hours undertaken within working hours.

As the start date was in last year 01/11/2020 if you remove the aim in R05 it is a continuance issue.

This is documented in the PSM sections for FM 36 completions For Frameworks: The Date applies to must be recorded on the latest Apprenticeship contract type FAM record as the same date as the Learning actual end date for the programme aim. For Standards: The Date applies to must be recorded on the latest Apprenticeship contract type FAM record as the same date as the achievement date for the programme aim. HTH

Hi Martyn, FRM27 will correctly report this see the following note from the guidance: Please note: you cannot change or remove the data in this report if it accurately reflects the evidence you hold. The purpose of the report is to give notice of potential clawback for any overclaim resulting from late reporting of the data. For this reason, you must not use a default date of 1 August in the current year. HTH

The Provider support manual does not cover this scenario specifically, but the following should enable the data to be corrected: On the Programme and learning aim/s, set the Completion status to code 6 ‘Learner has temporarily withdrawn from the aim due to an agreed break in learning’ and complete the Withdrawal reason field with the relevant code. Record the Learning actual end date as the last day the learner was in learning: this will be in the previous ILR year, do not use 1 August of the current year. You record the return from the BIL in the current year as normal (see PSM Apprentice takes an agreed break in learning). HTH

You still use individual months data values at 5 decimal places when you total up months when invoicing the employer, you would record at 2 decimal places.
