Hi Martin West - a follow up to this if you don't mind If a learner has been made redundant within 6 months of Apprenticeship End Date, they are permitted to complete EPA funding by the ESFA. If the EPA however requires the learner to draw on real life/work-based examples during their EPA period, it is essentially then ultimately up to the EPAO to decide if the learner can complete EPA or not?

That is super helpful Tracy Clement - thank you!! By that logic, Associates delivering your training, using your branded materials, at the appropriate market rate - they are not subbies!

Hi Tracy Bennett, we did exactly as Ruth Canham-James suggested and withdrew the learner "back to start", i.e. with and actual end date that matched the start date (last day in learning) Funding was reconciled and take back off us, which was of course expected.

Hi martin, thanks for much for this, very helpful Sorry for the probably daft question, but once i have imported and migrated 20/21 carry over learners into 21/22 LET, should i delete them from the 20/21 LET and only leave in the those learners who are withdrawn. Or do i not need to worry about this as duplicate learners will be addressed once submitted through SLD. Thanks again for your help

Haven't tested it but will now, presumably you can export from LET20/21 into LET21/222 to avoid having to re-key every single learner in manually??
