Also, perhaps a obvious question, but if you are registered on RoATP as a Main Provider, can you still claim apprenticeship funding if you want to enrol one of your staff on one of your apprenticeship programmes? I'm sure i know of providers that do this regularly but the Employer-Provider Rules (in isolation) suggest only approved employer-providers can deliver to their own staff? [image]

Thanks all So what i ended up doing was: ZPROG (Main Aim) Z000XXXX (Component Aim - Non regulated/Related Aim) 600XXXXX (Component Aim - (Mandatory) Diploma Qualification) 600XXXXXX (Functional Skills - Qualification) So based on your advice i could have done away with the Z000 code in this instance as there is a Regulated/Mandatory qual included also. FYI i submitted the ILR and didnt get any errors so cant see that it did any harm

Also if this is a mistake and the price is incorrect, could I not just to update the original TNP1/2 record as per PSM: 'Where a price needs to change due to a data entry error, this must be amended on the original record before the R14 hard close deadline.'

Hi Ruth, thanks for the reply. Why will it create a data lock as, for example the price on DAS is 15000 (funding band max) and currently TNP1 in the ILR is 15000 with no TNP2. I will update as per Martin's message with a new TNP1 of 13500 and TNP2 as 1500.....total 15000... which is the same as DAS currently. Does that make sense?
