Ah I should read more carefully! We're 16-19 and Apps only. I knew I did a mid year last year, but that was at R10, so looks like I'm off the hook! Thank you!

Thanks Chris, glad it's not just me! I am assuming nothing has been changed with user permissions and it's a glitch ESFA's end.

Thanks Steve, the doubt creeping in with this team looking over my shoulder!

More in Steve's world than mine, we don't do any SC now (thankfully!) The duplicates it claimed we had were bizarre, 16-19 high needs, claimed they were on someone else's ILR doing work experience aims. Spoke to the college who assured me never heard of them and were 100% not on their ILR. Never got to the bottom of it with ESFA. Good luck!

We found it very flaky, claimed we had learners recorded elsewhere and we never got to the bottom of why. I was glad it's gone and one less thing to worry about!

At least you can get onto the site, Helpdesk say I should have had activation email, our IT team have trawled and nothing including blocked or rejected. Any intel on if they still have activation emails to go out and it's not just me left in this limbo?

Not really relevant, but to share the pain anyway, we were an employer only using a training company, and have recently become an employer-provider. It was quite a long winded process getting approved!

Glad to be of service, although I own up Nick Linford got there first. The Trainees we started later in year were NEET which is why get referred to us as a more specialist provider. Remind me relevance of 6 month programme needing to start before Christmas? I assume finishing in July you mean we get hours within the academic year for whatever banding we can hit, and anyone looking to start, say, after May, we say has to wait until September?
