Ah I should read more carefully! We're 16-19 and Apps only.  I knew I did a mid year last year, but that was at R10, so looks like I'm off the hook! Thank you!

Thanks Chris, glad it's not just me! I am assuming nothing has been changed with user permissions and it's a glitch ESFA's end.

We found it very flaky, claimed we had learners recorded elsewhere and we never got to the bottom of why. I was glad it's gone and one less thing to worry about!

At least you can get onto the site, Helpdesk say I should have had activation email, our IT team have trawled and nothing including blocked or rejected. Any intel on if they still have activation emails to go out and it's not just me left in this limbo?

Not really relevant, but to share the pain anyway, we were an employer only using a training company, and have recently become an employer-provider. It was quite a long winded process getting approved!
