Brilliant, thanks for reply Steve, sometimes it needs someone else's view, really helpful as ever. Shame ESFA don't hold in person provider event any more, I used to enjoy trip to Coventry!

Thanks for reply Steve, we weren't planning to do the GCSE with them on basis school has it covered, but I can see an issue with COF on ILR if I don't put GCSE on.  Is your advice we also do GCSE and they have to resit it in both places?

Thanks for reply Ruth, useful to know others are getting same error.  Best guess it's a bug their end.  I spoke to the "Matching Organisation Name" college as I know staff there, they have no idea why we're seeing them, they didn't have this error but did have a lot of others!  If I get a response from Helpdesk I will post back here.  Dave

Thank you Anami, I have downloaded the data but still cannot work out why I am getting these errors.  It tells me "matching organisation name" is another specialist college a long way geographically from us, I 100% know neither of these students have ever attended this other college.  Any suggestions what the issue might be - I can't name the other college, is it possible to have a private conversation where I can show you the issue?  Thanks in advance.
