Thanks, Steve.  They are definitely not on the contributions report and no employer co-investment show as owing on the MPR either.  Thinking of the logic though, the report (like the IER) looks to be using SEM for the first day of learning so it potentially including the one who was originally with a levy payer for that reason.  The other one was on a BIL when they were made redundant so they returned to learning also without an SEM appearing.
