Eleanor, It is the date you have entered as the planned end date for the ZPROG001 aim. this should be the practical end date. Paul.

Hi, There is not a release for P11 / R11, for this year it is R10 and R12 and then it will be after the data has been closed. ESFA Updates confirms that the refresh for R12 is due shortly. Paul.

I think the communication for this, as we can see, is very poor from the ESFA, and there should be specific guidance and pointers to assist including: Check if you have recorded students with the correct HNS Status (top up funding) and add this if it is missing. Check that the EEP hours and Planned Hours have not been recorded /transposed incorrectly. Check that you have all learning aims to support the breakdown of the EEP and Planned Hours Where learners are Study Programme and not HNS or on an EHC Plan consider if the data for EEP is accurate and ensure that funding rules xx xx x xx are all fully complied with. Does this help anyone else? Paul.

VWV might be able to help if you are an AELP member, I'm unsure if they provide guidance if you are not however.

If 16-18 year old traineeships do not need to be looked at, I do not understand why they are included in the report. I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking why are they in there, so any clarification people get back would be appreciated. Paul.

I understand.... maybe... the the reports that come from the ILR report will be providing this data now that the employer names are going through DAS... but I'm not sure if I dream it! Paul.

Hi Kevin, One suggestion, has the employer given you permission to add vacancies on their behalf? Without this you will receive a similar error to the one you mention. Paul.

The key with digital signatures, or authorisations, is validating that it was done by them. The wet signature is a clear way of getting that proof categorically (as far as this can be used). A digitial signature that is timestamped with a secure system (MIS, Docusign or Adobe for example), and a check box, but I would add that it needs to be in a way that can be 'proven' they did actually press it and someone did not do it on their behalf. Systems where someone has to log in to be able to do this is a good example where the checkbox can be used as it would be timestamped 'behind the scenes'. That my take on it, so I would want to check that the system in place to validate that checkbox is secure and robust. I'm finding that the squiggly line that is now in place for digitial signing means that signatures are no longer consistent, but the timestamping of them providers the assurance. (Heaven forbid in 100 years when someone wants to question if my system was real or not, I could not vouch for it unless its digitally stamped!) Paul.
