Martin West Thank you for coming back to me. The problem is that the ILR has been updated to reflect the correct fee or start date but we are still getting the error. I am wondering if we need to leave the original TNP dates/values in the ILR, rather than override, and handle it as a price change (even though that isn't really what has happened) my only worry with this is that we would then get ILR errors for having agreed prices before the start of the programme.

Just wondering if there has been any update on the template and if not what people are using in the interim? Thanks!

Martin West - thank you for replying. I didn't think so and we have now requested all our employers who fall into this category provide us with some evidence from their payroll return as per the guidance I received from the helpdesk, however this is causing problems. Would you therefore deem a self declaration acceptable as I can't really see how this differs to a tickbox on a signed document.

Ruth Canham-James - is your declaration a simple tick box in the enrolment form or is it a separate document?

I have also been advised by the helpdesk that they are producing a subsidy control template but again no sign of this yet as far as I am aware?

Martin West - Hi Martin can I just check how you would handle the TNP on the ILR when an employer changes EPAO and this results in a reduced cost for EPA? I am assuming if you agreed for example a TNP1 of £4000 and a TNP 2 of £500 that you then can't add a TNP 3 of £4200 and a TNP 4 of £300 as you have not incurred any more training costs than originally planned?

Hi Lisa, my understanding is that employers can only claim the incentive if a learner is already enrolled onto an Apprenticeship and they are moving employers due to redundancy.

Ruth Canham-James Hi Ruth I was just wondering if you have now found an easier way to work with the co-investment report? I am just looking at the report for R10 and can see that a non-levy org is showing on the report with a co-investment fee being flagged despite the learner being under 19 and the employer having <50 employees. I wouldn't have thought these learners would pull through if they are coded correctly on the ILR (which I have checked and they are)?

If a learner is returning from a BIL and due to the time out of learning they are going to require longer on programme than you would get by simply adding the duration of the break onto the original expected end date how do you handle this in the ILR. Can you amend the original end date and update the commitment statement; and remaining funding would simply be spread out over a longer duration?
