Hello Just to give an update on this, but I raised with the ESFA and they have advised that we should record the original TNP when a learner restarts from withdrawal with same employer - not the newly negotiated price for the remainder of delivery. Therefore, same as a returner from BIL really other than not returning the original learning start date. Thanks

Thanks all, so just to be clear, we think L1 FS could be funded even if the apprentice has scored L1 or L2 in initial assessment (and has no prior attainment in maths/English)? Thanks again

Thanks for the reply Martin West - we have read the guidance, but we are raising the query as a result of the guidance, as this would suggest that we'd have a ZPROG001 aim with an actual end date before the component learning aim where learners have been offered an interview early - is this ok to process in this way? Thanks again for your help

Thanks Steve Hewitt - even though we don't have anything to confirm from the learner about it being their decision and that they intend to return? Thanks again

Hi Martin West, thank you for the reply. After reading this, I'm still unsure if it will be purely driven by the ILR (e.g. we will see the additional 10% in the occupancy report for relevant learners automatically), or will we have to claim separately this via the EAS? For the London factor on GLA contracts, we have to claim this via the EAS so was wondering if this was similar. Thanks again.

Thanks Steve Hewitt - so we look at full year spend (Aug-Jul) and measure it against 45.47% of our total allocation (which is Aug-Jan). Much appreciated

Thanks both - so do we think what I have said above is correct when referring to potential reductions? Thanks again

Thanks for your help Martin, I didn’t necessarily think it would be different, but it’s the fact that these fields aren’t required for learners who move employers within 30 days that prompted my question. Thank you again.

You wouldn’t record new learning aims, you’d just need to enter residual price records (TNP3 and TNP4).
