Hi Ruth, Thank you for the reply.  We do not have ProSolution.  When my colleague asked Advanced, they just said "You get a download from the PLR".  I just cannot work out how to get a download from the PLR.  Once we have the data, I am sure we will be able to sort it and import it.  I just cannot work out how to get data for more than one student at a time. Thank you

Thank you for that Ruth.  I read that as the start date for the qualification transferred from, would be the start date used to calculate the 42 days, which is what I thought.  It would be awfully messy if it started again every time someone moved! Thank you for your help.
