Short and straightforward answer is no... the longer answer is they would have to privately fund the whole thing as they can't be receipt of SFE funding (student loans) and Apprenticeship funding at the same time and even then its not completely clear they can as normally you can't be registered on two programmes at once. Also where are they going to get the time to do the part-time degree? I would be asking if they are doing the apprenticeship is the degree same level or similar field? Is the degree more appriorate for them, why do they need to do it now could it not be their progression route following the completion of their apprenticeships? Do they have the quals to get onto the degree? How does there employer feel about this? Does this help?

Surely you have costs to administing EPA? E.g assessment board, External Examiners, gateway meetings etc that will all contribute to a costing? especially as the training provider and the independence aspect i would expect some low costs to still be applicable? You need to look at the eligible and ineligible costs on the conditions for being EPAO pages - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/conditions-for-being-on-the-register-of-end-point-assessment-organisations This will guide you.

Hi Joanne yes you put price in TNP2 and your provider EPAO Org ID. With the Contract we have a EPAO contract for us an organisation to use because of the separation (though working into practice is still interesting)

Depends on how the ESFA and IFATE work it, but realistically it could be a new start. Even if its not a new start then the paperwork etc all needs to be amended as its will have different KSB's. Nursing Associates could be transitioned but it wasn't clear how at the time but don't think this is the case with all.

I guess the concern is will ESFA/OFSTED have issues with levy funding being used and a fallback/exit award being issued if the aim was for the apprenticeship in the first place?
