Apprentices can't claim DSA. They would have to notify the SLC that they are no longer eligible for the funding. However you can then claim support through the ILR to continue their support.

Steve Hewitt Ahhh okay, yeah i still don't that. I have requested additional permissions so lets see we go in via IDMAS not VYED directly being a HEI so it could be that is part of the issue but do not have those options so will wait and see. Cheers though.

Yes you have to do one per funding stream even if with the same subcontractor, you can't combine income streams together into one figure. This declaration is the expected for the year you will then update it normally in Feb/March where you can use the actual to date and predicted for the remainder of the year. Followed by a final update in July which is the actual amount received so it should become firmer as you go through the year. Hope this helps

we use the uvac template as a basis but its only an option if you are a member of uvac. Not sure if you are a HEI or not. Its about 30pages but it is compliant.

Seems a bit weird to me. I suppose there becomes a point where as a training provider you have to take a decision of whether to withdraw them or not if they seem not to have an intention to sit the EPA. However I wouldn't think this should be an automatic fail unless an EPA plan specifically says so.
