Martin - when you say that when there is no corresponding transferred on aim starting within a calendar month, the implications are Inappropriate recording of transfers may lead to a mis-statement of the funding claimed and/or result in enhanced qualification achievement rates, does this apply between academic years when the duration-gap is longer? Would I need to simply keep the original aim's status as 'continuing', and then enrol on the 2nd year aim (in the following academic year), transfer off it, and use the last teaching date (from the previous year, say 26/06/22) as the last day of learning?

Thanks Steve. That will explain why I can't find a definitive definition!

Thank you, Kelly. That is exactly the kind of guidance I was hoping to find.

Thank you Ruth. It does appear that either system works, just need to be consistent, but it appears keeping the original hours funding-calculations (which were submitted in the R04) is the better way to go.

The setup you have is exactly the same as yours, except for the converting to a learning agreement PDF. That does appear to be an obvious way to produce a learning agreement from original data. We do keep the original submission data, just been discussing how best to produce an Audit-compliant document. In regards to funding streams, we deal with all of them, but they all use the same type of form (except for Apprenticeships). Have you had an Audit at all whilst using these electronic documents, and if so, did they make any comments on your process?

Thanks Steve. It does appear obvious (now) that it is not required. I had to ask as I had been unable to find an answer elsewhere.

I do take both of your points, and I wasn't expecting their actually work to be counted towards work experience (as this is for a salary and not education), but I wanted to check just in case it was one of those hidden ILR requirements. Thank you for your advice.
