Hi Henry - Thanks for your response. Yes, query raised on Tuesday (ref: CI-0213509) and I'm awaiting a response. Our FIS was up to date although I note that new Reference Data was released yesterday (v26) which now reports these T-Levels (Digital production....) in Band 6 to match SLD, but the T-Level Funding Guidance doc says these should be in Band 7. Could the banding have been changed since 25May when they were being reported in Band 7?.

Have you double-checked their Prior Attainment details on LRS? This would seem to indicate that the ESFA want you to claim AEB funding using the First Full L3 waiver rather than FCFJ. The FFL3 waiver must always take priority over FCFJ where both are eligible.

Latest response from Servicedesk: Hi Kevin Yes, you are correct - it has come to light since our last communication that this will affect several learning aims. Unfortunately, while I can tell you the problem, service desk cannot amend the validation status of these errors. I suggest you speak to your ESFA Provider manager or Territorial team who may be able to exert some pressure on the ILR team to reduce this to a warning until the issue is resolved. Hi all - It was me that started the original thread and below is the update from the Servicedesk after I pointed out that this issue affected more than the one aim (as they originally advised): Hi Kevin Yes, you are correct - it has come to light since our last communication that this will affect several learning aims. Just jumping in on this thread with another query: I cannot see that there is any validation to ensure that the LDM376 is only being applied to AEB-funded learners aged 19 as at 31Aug. How are other providers ensuring/checking that their AEB COVID-19 High Value Courses funding is only be claimed for eligible learners?
