Hi we have the same issue with error UKPRN_11 & UKPRN_13. We have a learner that started an apprenticeship with a levy paying employer so had ACT1. They have since moved employers to a co-investing employer, but when we try to put ACT2 (funded through a contract with ESFA) we get error UKPRN_11 & UKPRN_13. what are we doing wrong?

Hi Martin We do not record learners in the ILR or start training without DAS set up correctly. The learner was originally with another employer who had set up DAS and we were receiving funding ok. The issue is that the learner transferred to another employer who did not set up DAS and now the learner has left that employer as well. I'd like to know if we are able to invoice the 2nd employer for full amount (for the time they were with them) or must it just be the 5% of the amount for the time they were with them?

If they are overseas and being paid for privately, then they are not on an apprenticeship are they? They would not need to be on the ILR or do EPA if they are not on an apprenticeship.

Hi I have the same problem as Sarah, above, with regards to not finding an SQL server. Does anyone know how to solve this?
