Richard! Brilliant - thanks for the advice, ran it through the FIS and were able to find the error that broke the file. Basically text copied into a numeric (ULN) field by accident, would have thought this would bring an ILR error not break the entire file but we move, thanks so much for the help. Thanks again, Becka

Hi Henry, its from our MI system, not manually added. We're working with the software provider also, we noticed that this has been an issue before (via this forum) on the ESFA side too and wondered if anyone else was currently experiencing this. We're aware its a formatting issue, just can't see where its falling down so hope others may have experienced similar. Thanks Becka
