Yes, we reported issues to the PDSAT Helpdesk on Monday. No positive response. They are investigating.

I have sent a query to the PDSAT helpdesk this morning, as I have a record where the Actual Off the Job training recorded is greater than the calculated minimum required for the Actual Duration using EII 8 (31 hours) as well as the Apprentices Actual Weekly employment hours. Will update once I receive a response.
