We can have custom fields, but we have to manually add data to them which is something we're trying to avoid!  Agree that it shouldn't be that hard though!  Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the response.   For the learners that are only in 23/24, would it cause any issue if we populated the PrevLearnerRefNumber with the number they had at the start of 23/24?  Even though this number wouldn't show in any previous acc years? Our new system doesn't have another field we could use.

Thanks, we learn a bit more each year on calculating our own QAR.  maybe next year we'll fully nail it!  We really thought we had it this year.

Thanks, yes we have over 2000 sites.  Previously we have always used 1 EDRS number for all of our sites, however, have recently learned that this is incorrect.  As we report the learners location on the ILR, I'm just wondering what the need is to do this separately using the EDRS number too is?  Its going to be incredibly time consuming for us to adapt to individual EDRS numbers, and whilst we always want to make sure we're doing things properly, doing something which has little purpose feels frustrating.
