Martin West thank you for your reply. Are you saying that we should be ticking small employer for all those with less than 50 employees irrespective of if the apprentice is 16-18 or 19-24 with an EHCP or a care leaver?    Many thanks

Thank you Ruth Canham-James. Does this mean that I delete the learner from the following years ILR as they achieved in July 23, but has pulled through into my 23/24 learner entry tool import. I presume I delete her from 23/24 now?   thank you
