Open your PDSAT application and select the "email PDSAT helpdesk": [image] Once you click on this it will open 2 windows: Documents - showing log files "DSAT_LogFile_All" will need to be attached to the email window Email window with the help desk email address in place (DSATheldesk@kpmg.co.uk) They will be able to send you instructions on what to do - might be worth having a member of your IT team to review with you. I came across the same problem and this is how i resolved it, hope this helps.

Hey all, thought I would jump on and see if you are experiencing the same issue as me. When exporting the ILR from FIS to CSV, I go into the folder and upload the FIS-CSV_#####-## zip - this is correct right? Previously have always used the string to this in new using the zip from FIS. however when using this Zip folder, PDSAT keeps failing the upload so starting to think its the wrong file.

Hey Ibrahim, If I'm not mistaken; If the achievement or completions are dated on or after 01/08/2022 then you should be fine as these claims will fall into the new academic year so will not be affected by R14 (hard close). If the achievement or completions are dated 31/07/2022 or prior then yes, they would be affected by R14. In this case, you would need to try and get a quicker EQA visit and stress that funding is at risk. Hope this helps
