Morning, ones of these learners has gone past their EED (Jan 23) and as been "STOPPED" on the old DAS account from April, we expect them to have completed by Aug and have just ach payment to collect. The only date I can use for DAS is start from April but as this is being treated as a new employer can I use dates Apr - Aug? Does this make sense - it is super early? Thanks :)

Haha - I have no idea and it was put on way before my time and I've picked it up (along with lots of other things) since I started last May. I'll change it and see what happens - thank you :)

well Ben, that is another scenario with theses ones. TNP 1 has only been entered as £xxxx, programme cost is £xxx and employer is contributing the rest £9200 - but no info has been entered anywhere else on our ILR. As you know I am still finding my way round but even I know this doesn't look correct to me, this leads me to think that somewhere we should be recording a TNP 2 at least for the ACH/EPA

Hi Steve AchDate are both Oct 22 but LDIL were May & June, had both their July's OPP clawed back in Dec when the records were amended to reflect the LDIL. But yes what I suspected then - no ach/epa payment coming our way :(

Hi Ben, yer I saw that when I looked yesterday. Fortunately the "errors" are not actually coming through on the rule violation report and are showing as "warnings" on our MIS system. I'm just getting the LearnAimRef_117 like a lot of others are at the moment. Thanks for coming back to me - much appreciated as always :)
