Ruth Canham-James Jessica De Melo  This is extremely frustrating.  I'm going to check this with the helpdesk too.  We have a few learner (5) that we had missed coinvestments for because they are levy, that at various points in recent months, didn't have enough funds.  The PMRs have now been updated but funning an R14 this morning, the indicative funding is still showing it wasn't collected "in year".    Surely they cannot penalise us as a result of an oversight if we've got it in before hard close?

Ashley Varley  I've done the same.  FYI i ran a claim and the impacted learners are coming up as DLOCK 2 at the moment.  I managed to escalate it through and speak directly to the technical team and they told me that they are aware of it and are working on it, and whilst wouldn't go as far as confirming, said they hoped it would be sorted today

Hi,    It might be worth checking the known errors for FRM36 because trying to clarify exactly what the clawback is for is quite difficult and never seems to tally with the funding reports.

Hi Melissa Clark    I had the same issue, therefore i contacted them on the email, and they told me they had no record of my registration, and i should re-register.  I did so on Thursday, and I had logins by when i came to work on Monday Morning.   Hope this helps

As Chloe says above DfE said yesterday that it would be released to the pre registered users next week.  Apparently all existing features are present, but they have added some BI chats/reports too.
