OTJ whilst on Sick Leave

We have a learner who would like to continue studying whilst on sick leave from their employer - reading, completing assignments etc.  Is that permissible?  Thanks.

How should we handle the end date of provision of English and Maths on the ILR?  We obviously know the start date but learners are progressing at different rates so how to enter an end date?  I am ...
