Hi Charlotte,  Our learner in the end did not retake they EPA with their new employer, but the response i had from the support desk was as follows: You do not need to record the change of employer, for retaking EPA purposes only, as the achievement is reported by the EPA organisation. The only part of the ILR taken into account is the Programme completion status. I think you can then amend the outcome if they then go onto pass their EPA. Not sure if this will help you at all? Thanks

Hi, I have exactly the same issue. We have an apprentice who has failed and wants to resit but is starting with a new employer very soon. How do we record this on the ILR correctly. Do we make the change in employer and not complete the learner as a fail? Many Thanks
